Refund Policy

Our 15-day request window

For eligible change-of-mind returns, tell us within 15 days after receiving your order that you wish to cancel. Email contac@holaphahealthy.co.uk with your order number and the items concerned. No reason is required for an eligible cancellation. This policy does not reduce your statutory rights.

Returning an eligible item

After notifying us, send the eligible item back within a further 14 days. Contact us for the correct return instructions. Keep proof of postage. For a change-of-mind return you pay the direct return postage unless we agree otherwise. Items should be securely packed, with supplied accessories; handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may result in a lawful deduction for diminished value.

Medicines, temperature-sensitive and sealed products

The change-of-mind policy does not apply where a lawful exception covers the product, including rapidly perishable items and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Product-specific restrictions must be explained before purchase. Do not post medicines or temperature-sensitive products back without contacting us for safe handling instructions. These restrictions do not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. If helpful, include a photograph of the packaging or item, without sharing sensitive health information. We will explain the applicable remedy and arrange necessary return steps. The 15-day change-of-mind window is not a deadline for exercising statutory rights concerning faulty goods.

Refunds

For an eligible cancelled order, we refund the amount due, including standard outbound delivery where required, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the original payment method without a refund-processing fee. Additional premium-delivery costs need not be refunded. Your payment provider may need further time to display the credit.

Before dispatch

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order. We will check whether dispatch or dispensing has started and explain the available options. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
